7 CHAKRA IDENTITIES

Chakras can be confusing when you are beginning, but you might find it helpful to identify each base on the different identifies that make up who you are. Below is a list of identities and quotes to help you become more aware of the 7 main chakras:

  1. Your physical identity, who you are on a body level and who you are within your family/culture, is the ROOT chakra.
