Rituals For Finding Love

Rituals for finding love

If you’re feeling a little lost in love, you may be asking hopeful questions like, “What is a love spell”, and “Do love spells work?” Simple love spells or rituals are mindful activities intended to attract love into your life. These can work as long as you’re not targeting a specific person. You can’t change an individual’s emotions, but you create positive energy that will naturally attract love from the right person.

Mindful Meditation

Manifest the love story of your dreams by meditating on what your life will be like when you’ve found your true love. Don’t give your lover a specific face or name. Simply sense their presence and focus on manifesting a partner that has the right qualities.

Visualize an ordinary day as it would play out with your ideal partner. Do you linger over your morning coffee in the dining room or spend extra time snuggled in bed? Do they send you supportive messages during the day or meet you for lunch on your break? Drawing up a clear image of the life you want will help you manifest it.

Love Spells With Crystals

Certain crystals are known to support self-love and help attract loving relationships. Rose quartz is the most popular of these. Keep a piece under your pillow or bedside the bed, wear rose quartz jewelry, or simply carry one in your pocket. This has the perfect vibration for attracting love.

Gratitude Love Rituals

It’s easiest to attract love when you have a deep well of self-love in place. The best love spells aren’t really spells as much as they’re natures way to attract. Begin a gratitude ritual where you write down the things you’re thankful for and the qualities that you love about yourself every evening. This will draw similar feelings of love and appreciation from others.

Simple rituals can support your own sense of self-love and help love grow with others.

The Chakras

The universe is made up of various types of energy, and being a part of the universe, we are also made up of energy.  Energy flows through our bodies and affects everything from our mood to our physical health.

The earth has certain areas of power where energy tends to gather, and ley lines that connect these power centers.  Our bodies also have energy centers which are connected by a network through which energy flows throughout our bodies, connecting our mind, soul, and body together.

We have many energy points in our bodies but there are seven major energy vortexes known as chakras.

Each chakra corresponds to areas of the physical body, but also affects our mental, emotional and spiritual portions of being as well.

Just as sound and light vibrate at different frequencies and can affect all forms of energy, so too our chakras vibrate at different frequencies and have visual correspondences because of it.

The seven major chakras start at the top of our head and go all the way to the base of our spine.

The Crown Chakra is located at the center of the top of your skull.  It vibrates a bright white or deep purple.  It is associated with a connection to the universal energy and to spiritual matters.

The Third Eye Chakra is located in the middle of your forehead between your eyebrows but raised slightly above the brow ridge.  It is connected to your intuition and the ability to tap into the universal knowledge all around us.  It is the color of indigo.

The Throat Chakra is located in the center of your throat below your jaw.  It is associated with communication.  It is valuable not just with the art of speaking but also with listening to what others have to say.  It is seen as a turquoise or sky blue.

The Heart Chakra is found in the center of the sternum.  It is instrumental in experiencing compassion, love and hope. It is sometimes felt to be the seat of the soul.  It vibrates in a  deep green tint.

The Solar Plexus Chakra is located in the soft tissue midway between your rib cage and your navel.  It is the source of emotions, your sense of self, along with your will power.  It glows bright yellow.

The Sacral or Intestinal Chakra is just below the navel.  It is the seat of interpretation and vitality, and is the basis of your sense of security and connection with others. This is seen as a vibrant orange.

The Base or Root Chakra is located at the base of your spine spreading through your pelvic floor.  It is the source of creativity, sexuality, fear, anger, and survival instinct.  It vibrates an intense red color.

When your chakras are balanced and in harmony they allow the energy to flow freely, aiding your ability to maintain a healthy physical body, attune your mind, and allow your soul to vibrate at its highest level.

How The Chakras Can Affect Your Health

Your body has seven chakras that serve as vital energy centers. Aligned down the center of the body from the base of the spine to the top of the head, these chakra points keep energy flowing smoothly. If a chakra is blocked or misaligned, it can cause physical symptoms with the associated parts of the body.

Chakras and Health

Each chakra of the body is connected to particular parts. Problems with the chakra can manifest as pain or disease. Understanding the associations between chakras and organs of the body will help you identify where the problem is coming from if you’re feeling unwell.

Chakra Blockage Symptoms

The following symptoms will let you know which chakra you should work on clearing, aligning, and strengthening.

  • Root Chakra: Backache, diarrhea or constipation, hypertension, hemorrhoids, kidney stones, knee pain, leg cramps, impotence, sciatica, skin problems
  • Sacral Chakra: Bladder problems, fibroids, fertility issues, hip pain, muscle spasms, vomiting
  • Solar Plexus Chakra: Fatigue, abdominal cramps, gallstones, vomiting, liver problems, stomach problems, ulcers, heartburn
  • Heart Chakra: Asthma and allergies, blood circulation, high blood pressure, heart disease, bronchitis, pneumonia, sleep problems, pain in the lower arms and hands, cough, shortness of breath
  • Throat Chakra: Colds, cough, ear infections, laryngitis, sore throat, mouth ulcers, pain in the upper arm, stiff neck, vomiting
  • Brow Chakra: Dizziness, headaches, migraines, vision problems, fatigue, scalp problems, hearing issues, fainting spells
  • Crown Chakra: Dizziness, headache, migraines, tremors, fatigue, nervous system disorders, weakened immune system

If you’re struggling with health issues, identifying the associated chakra may help you resolve some of your problems. Try working on the chakra in question by consuming foods that strengthen the chakra, carrying gemstones associated with the chakra, and meditating on this point in the body, envisioning a clear bright light emanating from the energy point.

Clearing your chakras, either alone or with a reiki practitioner, may finally yield the good health you’ve been after.

How To Balance Your Chakras

Your chakras are the seven primary points of energy in the body. When they’re out of balance, your emotions, health, and mental well-being suffer. Learn how to balance your chakras on your own to keep these energy centers aligned.

How to Heal and Balance Your Chakras

Chakra balancing begins with meditation and visualization to identify chakras you’re having trouble with. These will appear to you as dark or cloudy. You may notice symptoms associated with the organs and body parts impacted by that chakra. Strengthen individual chakras by:

  • Consuming foods associated with that chakra. The root chakra likes root vegetables and proteins. The sacral chakra seeks sweet fruits, honey, and coconut. Feed the solar plexus dairy products, and give the heart chakra leafy greens. Your throat chakra wants liquids. Dark berries nourish the third eye chakra. The crown chakra benefits from fasting or detoxifying.
  • Using gemstones for the chakras. There are several gemstones associated with each chakra. You can try balancing your chakras by carrying gems associated with the chakra that’s out of balance. You can also balance all of your chakras by laying flat with a stone sitting on each of the chakras. Meditate on each chakra, drawing on the energy of its associated stone to clear it.
  • Listen to the right tunes. Each chakra is associated with a musical note. The root is C, sacral is D, solar plexus is E, heart is F, throat is G, third eye is A, and crown is B. Listen to music in that key as you meditate to correct imbalanced chakras.

Chakra Cleansing

If you’re not certain which chakra needs attention, practice general chakra cleansing. Walk barefoot in nature, envisioning energy flowing up through your feet and past each chakra, releasing it through your crown. Use deep breathing exercises and meditation, and envision all chakras as balanced and aligned.

The more you work with your chakras, the better you will become at identifying imbalances. Keeping your chakras healthy will help keep you healthy, too.

What Are the Seven Chakras?

If you’ve researched yoga, meditation, or alternative medicine, you’ve likely heard about chakras. Chakras are vital energy centers in the body corresponding to aspects of your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. If you’re wondering just what chakras are in the human body, you’ll find a quick primer on the chakra system below.

What Are the Seven Chakras?

The seven chakras are located in a vertical line in your body, beginning at the base of the spine and continuing to the top of the head. The first chakra, or root chakra, is found at the tailbone and corresponds to base survival instincts. The sacral chakra in the lower abdomen is related to pleasure and sexual well-being. The solar plexus chakra in the stomach area pertains to confidence.

Your heart chakra, found in the chest, is related to emotions such as love and joy. The throat chakra in your neck corresponds to communication. The third-eye chakra at your forehead is related to intuition and imagination, while the crown chakra at the top of the head connects you to the spiritual plane.

What Are Chakra Colors?

Each chakra has its own color:

  • Root: Red
  • Sacral: Orange
  • Solar Plexus: Yellow
  • Heart: Green
  • Throat: Blue
  • Third-Eye: Indigo
  • Crown: Violet

When your chakras are open, their colors are vibrant and clear. A blocked chakra may have a dark, muddy hue when envisioned in a meditative state.

What Happens When Your Chakras Are Balanced?

Balancing your chakras brings a deep sense of well-being. Healthy chakras that are open and balanced keep your emotions, thoughts, and physical body clear and balanced as well. An imbalance in one of your chakras can cause physical symptoms, negative emotions, and limited closed-off thought patterns.

Mindfully meditating on your chakras can help you clear and balance them. Practice seeing your chakras in your mind’s eye to become familiar with these vital energy centers.

Aligning Your Chakras

Chakra is the ancient Sanskrit word for wheel.  It symbolizes the ball of energy or energy vortex that exists at different points in your body that affects your mind/body/soul connection in various ways.  There are seven main chakra points that exist in a line spanning from the top of your head to the base of your spine.

When chakras are out of alignment or in any other way blocked by negativity, it can affect your health, physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Just like musical instruments need to be tuned in order to create the vibrations with which to make beautiful music, so too can our chakras become out of tune and need to be recalibrated in order to vibrate and function properly.

Because the energy in our bodies moves at different frequencies and vibrational speed it can negatively affect us in different ways depending on how our chakras are out of sync.  Sometimes it comes out in a physical form such as with a disease or other serious health issue.  Other times it can manifest through mental issues like the inability to concentrate and focus, or emotional issues such as depression and anxiety.

Chakras can become out of balance for a variety of reasons.  Stress is a huge factor with how the chakras are affected.  Exercise and sleep habits, along with nutritional intake can also affect them, as can physical or emotional trauma.  Absorbing mental and emotional negativity from the world around you and other people you interact with can also affect how the chakras function.

There are different ways to bring your chakras back into balance and harmony.  Some can be performed yourself while others need special training and instruction to be done properly.

Meditation is a strong way to activate your chakras and is a good foundation for some of the other healing activities. Meditation is a way of using your breathing to focus your brain and calm your nervous system allowing healing and realignment to occur.

Yoga is a combination of physical moves and breathing techniques that balance your mind and body together allowing energy to flow through your chakras and balance their vibrations.

Reiki is a form of energy work by which energy from the universe flows through the practitioner to raise their own vibrations or to help raise someone else’s chakric vibrations.

You can also use tools to bring your chakras into proper harmony.  Crystals can be used alone or in conjunction with both meditation or Reiki to focus energy and aid with balancing of your chakras.  Different crystals work better with specific chakras at different points of the body.

There are those that also use actual tuning forks to raise or change the vibrations of the chakras in your body.  This also takes special training to be able to accomplish.

Bringing your chakras into alignment and having them balanced and in harmony with the energy of the universe is a good way to help yourself stay healthy in mind body and spirit.

What Are Chakras?

Chakras are energy points within our bodies. They are associated with all areas of our lives, including the physical, mental and spiritual. The word “chakra” comes from Sanskrit and translates to “wheel” or “disk”. The chakras of the body are known as the wheelhouse of our beings. They are the energetic centers of the body that help the body to function and maintain its natural vibration frequency.

There are 7 chakras within the body that align from the top of the head through the bottom of the spine. Each of the 7 chakras is in a specific location. Each of these chakras serves the body differently and represents specific areas of the spiritual and mental bodies.

When chakras become blocked, it can cause harm and discomfort in the body. For example, when the root chakra (which is located at the bottom of the spine) is blocked it can cause fear, anxiety and insecurity. You may even start to feel so aches and pains in the bottom of your sacral bones. When this chakra is balanced, you will feel more grounded and secure in your foundation.

There are various ways that your can balance your chakras. You can use different methods of meditation, yoga and even diet to focus on specific areas of the body and your chakras. Reiki healing is also a very popular way cleanse and balance chakras. They are also specific stones that can be used to balance chakras.

When our chakras are balanced, we are grounded and energetic. Our natural energy flow will be Intune and we can be the most productive and spiritual. Our senses and intuition are at the highest potential when our chakras are aligned. It also helps our physical body manage our every-day life.
